In your twenties and thirties, life can feel like a constant pressure cooker—figuring out your career, managing complicated relationships, navigating family expectations, and trying to keep your anxiety from taking over. It can be overwhelming, and it’s easy to feel like everyone else has it all together except you.

I create a space where you can slow down, breathe, and be real about what’s going on. Whether you’re overthinking every decision, stuck in a dating loop, or just tired of pretending everything’s fine, I’m here to help you untangle the noise and reconnect with what you actually want. My approach is honest, collaborative, and compassionate with a mix of gentle reflection and real-talk when you need it.

Many of my clients lead active lifestyles - people who find strength and identity in movement, who value mental resilience just as much as physical performance. Whether you're deep into Pilates, strength training, or competitive athletics, you deserve a space to unpack the pressure, the perfectionism, and the “what now?” moments.

My clients often tell me they feel lighter after our sessions—more grounded, more confident, and more like themselves. Whether it's your first session or your tenth, I show up with warmth, curiosity, and calm so you can explore what’s really going on and start moving forward with clarity.

Nadia is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She works primarily with clients who are navigating anxiety, low self-worth, dating challenges, family pressure, professional athletes and the uncertainty that comes with “figuring it all out.”

Her style is relatable and collaborative, like having someone in your corner who genuinely gets what you’re going through and holds space for both your struggles and your potential.

Outside of sessions, you’ll usually find me on the pilates reformer, lifting something heavy, listening to chill playlists, or baking something sweet. I believe that both the discipline we bring to movement and the small moments of calm and connection play a powerful role in how we care for our minds and I carry that belief into every session we share.
