Many people feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by life transitions, trauma, or anxiety—and they often don’t know where to begin. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you feel like you need to have it all figured out already.
I offer a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether it's your first session or your hundredth, I bring a calm, steady presence to every conversation—helping you feel safe, heard, and supported. My holistic and integrative approach weaves together mind, body, and emotional insight to meet your unique needs and goals.
Clients often leave sessions feeling more centered, empowered, and connected to themselves. My goal is to help you move forward with greater clarity and resilience—no matter where you’re starting from.
Damien is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University with a focus in Music and is completing his Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
Damien’s passion for health and wellness has been deeply shaped by his own experiences navigating challenging transitions. As a certified yoga instructor, he values the mind-body connection and brings this awareness into therapy to support healing and self-discovery.
He draws from Humanistic and Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt, and somatic and holistic practices. His calm and consistent presence helps clients feel at ease, no matter where they are on their journey.
Before becoming a therapist, I trained as a yoga instructor and studied music—I still find peace in movement and rhythm, whether on a mat or behind a guitar.
